Contact ExpatFlirt

Two separate companies are involved in ExpatFlirt, and they handle different things. Sending your question to the wrong one is the most common reason an answer takes days instead of minutes — so start here.

Before you write

Two things that speed this up

If it involves your account, go to platform support rather than email. Support inside the platform can see your account; an email to the brand owner cannot, and the only thing we can do with it is tell you to go to platform support. That round trip is where the days go.

If someone is behaving badly, report before you write to anyone. The report tool on the profile or conversation attaches the account and the messages automatically, which is what a moderator needs. Blocking is instant and separate — you can do that first and report afterwards. How reporting works covers the whole process.

If a person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services rather than any contact route on this page. Moderation reviews accounts; it cannot reach anyone.
