2. Operator of the dating service

Hubpeople Limited is a company independent of GO PERFORMANCE LABS SL and is the entity responsible for operating the technology platform through which the dating service is provided to registered members. Once a user enters the registration process and begins using the platform's features, those services are provided and managed directly by Hubpeople Limited in accordance with its own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
3. Division of responsibilities
GO PERFORMANCE LABS SL is responsible for ExpatFlirt.com as a brand, domain and promotional website, including the editorial and informational content published directly by that company.
Hubpeople Limited is responsible for the operation of the dating platform and the services associated with it, including: management of user registration and profiles; operation of the matching and messaging platform; storage and management of member profiles and data; communication features between members; moderation of members and content; user support relating to the platform; management of subscriptions; payment processing; subscription renewals; cancellations; refunds; and the handling of payment-related incidents.
GO PERFORMANCE LABS SL does not receive, and does not have ordinary access to, the identifying personal data of users registered on the Hubpeople platform, without prejudice to any data a user chooses to provide directly to GO PERFORMANCE LABS SL through the contact channels of ExpatFlirt.com.
4. Registration and contracting the service
Access to the public content of ExpatFlirt.com is free. To use the features of the dating service, registration on the platform managed by Hubpeople Limited is required.
Registration, profile creation, the purchase of a subscription and the use of the dating service's features are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the service, which the user accepts during the registration or purchase process. Those terms, and not this notice, govern the contractual relationship for the service.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Payments for memberships and paid services available within the platform are processed by Hubpeople Limited and/or its payment service providers. Hubpeople Limited is responsible for the management of charges, renewals, cancellations, refunds and incidents relating to subscriptions purchased through the platform.
For this reason, a reference corresponding to Hubpeople or to one of its payment processors may appear on the bank or card statement of the user who made the payment. GO PERFORMANCE LABS SL does not directly process payments corresponding to platform subscriptions.
6. Data protection
Personal data provided by users during the registration process on the dating platform is managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy applicable to the service. Member profiles and the personal data associated with registered users are managed by Hubpeople Limited, under the privacy terms accepted by the user at the time of registration.
Data provided directly to GO PERFORMANCE LABS SL through forms, email or other channels belonging to ExpatFlirt.com is processed by GO PERFORMANCE LABS SL solely for the purposes indicated in each case and in accordance with its corresponding data protection information.

8. Liability
GO PERFORMANCE LABS SL will make reasonable efforts to keep the information published directly on ExpatFlirt.com accurate, up to date and available. However, the features corresponding to the dating service — member profiles, communications between members, subscriptions, payments, moderation and platform-related support — are managed by Hubpeople Limited.
Each company is responsible for the activities, services and processing that fall within its own area of responsibility, in accordance with the applicable legislation and with the agreements in force between the parties.
9. Users and third-party content
Profiles, photographs, messages and other content published by members of the platform are content provided by the users themselves. The management, supervision and moderation of that content is the responsibility of the platform operator, Hubpeople Limited, in accordance with its rules of use and moderation.
